建物にはさまざまな機能があります。
どのような機能のものでも、プランニングにおいては、最初に大きく描くことが大事なのではないでしょうか。
違う言い方をすれば、「おおらかに描く」といったニュアンスです。

次に、要所ではプロダクト的なアプローチが必要でしょう。
フォルムの方向性を出してくれたり、奇麗な輪郭を守ってくれることが期待されます。

最終的には建物が「シンプル」かどうかが問われます。
シンプルであれば大きく捉えて、成功だと感じられるでしょう。
そのことは私だけではなく、クライアントも同じだと思います。

Buildings have various functions.
When it comes to the first thing to do in planning, it is important to have a broad angle of image for whatever functions.
This can be implied as "describing in an open fashion."

At the key parts of buildings, productive approach will be required such as forming directional shapes and maintaining beautiful silhouettes are expected.

Ultimately, the question is whether or not the building is "simple."
If so, the design has captured people's heart and this becomes a success.
I believe this is true not only with me, but as well as clients.
